About the CLIQ Assessment
CLIQ (Control Leadership Intelligence Quotient) is the first assessment that specifically measures how effectively second-line professionals operate in their leadership role. The instrument measures behaviour across six domains, plus a normative compass as an ethical foundation.
Methodology
The CLIQ model was developed based on:
- The Three Lines Model by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), which describes the role distribution between first, second, and third lines
- Practical experience of second-line professionals in information security, compliance, risk management, and internal audit
- Peer validation by fellow practitioners in the field
- Continuous development based on pilot data and user feedback
CLIQ is not a personality test and not a competency matrix. It measures how effectively professionals function when they are accountable without formal authority.
